Technical Skills

We understand that the correct approach for some projects is to keep project responsibility in-house, while recognising that the deep seated product specific skills may need to come from outside. We can offer those skills through our certified technical analysts who can be deployed against any number of models, such as longer term engagements; part-time best practice advice; or short, defined full-time design and build work-packages.

Business Analysis

To be successful, BPM projects need to have a clear understanding of what the users actually require - our Business Analysts have CIMA or FCCA qualifications and are able to translate the needs of the business into a language that the technical analysts understand.

Project Management

ReportSource has developed a BPM specific methodology in which all consultants are trained. This methodology is executed by the Project Manager and is an extensive set of activities which can be tailored to suit your implementation. The purpose, style and content of each deliverable is articulated along with the role each team member plays. It provides a structure for projects that ensures nothing is forgotten, by providing a single list of activities that embody all the experience of previous projects.
